THE GUY BEHIND THIS PAGE

My name is Chris and i was born in 1990. A critical time for Gaming.
I started gaming when i was 4 Years old, as my dad gave me a Gameboy for christmas. From that day on my fate was sealed.
I became a gamer. I played through everything i could get my hands on and started PC gaming with ripe old age of 8.
I missed a bunch of the old Consoles but my first PC was old, so i still got to enjoy some legendary DOS - TItles like Stonekeep, Loom, or Descent.

I started building my own gaming PC's for friends and family with 12, just to keep up with the ever groing hardware needs. Pocket money never lasted very long.Fast forward a bit and here we are: The Year 2019 over 500 games played and uncountable hours

sunk into games on multiple platforms.

Yet it seems big publishers somtimes forget about their old strengths and most games today are just a yearly event.

These reviews here shall serve the purpose of guiding people through the - honestly frightening - number of games available, so they may find the games worth of sinking hours and hours of leisure time in faster, without spending money on something they wont play for just a bit until the next release rolls around.

My dream is, that people will stop playing games, that are just shoddy and not well made at all like these yearly reoccuring games that are just cashgrabs by big companies driven by their investors. My dream is, that games find their way back to being appreciated as form of art again both by players and publishers and that publishers live games as a passion and not as just another way of making money. Maybe then there will be more great titles to play!
